What's different about repair in South Venice & Venice Gardens
The repair pattern here is the pattern of every 1950s to 80s block-home neighborhood on Myakka fine sand: driveway panels dropped at the garage, front walks lifted by a pine root or dropped beside a downspout, lanai slabs pitched toward the sliders, all orange from the well. Why fix the sprinkler before lifting the slab?
Because the leak is what emptied the sand from under the slab; foam fills the void today and the leak digs a new one by spring. The water comes first on every repair scope here.
