What's different about sealing & cleaning in Siesta Key

Why not seal right after the storm cleanup?
Because the base holds salt water for weeks and a sealer applied over it traps moisture and blushes. Flush, wait for a dry stretch, then seal. Skipping the wait is how condo decks end up stripped and resealed twice.
